Coffee Bean
Ethiopia is the motherland of Coffee Arabica, the first species of coffee to be domesticated and the source of most of the coffee that is a mainstay on coffee shop menus worldwide. Because of the geographical and cultural diversity within the nation, these Ethiopian coffees are renowned for their distinctive flavor, wine-like
quality, and an aroma with a cleaner mouthfeel.
Yirgacheffe and Harrar are two well-known Ethiopian coffees, and their fruity flavor, aroma, and rich mouthfeels are a big part of what draws our company to Ethiopia.
Wide Range of Coffee Bean Families

Do you know the history of coffee?
Kaldi, a goat herder in Ethiopia, Kaffa, was tending to his goats when he saw that some of them had an exceptionally colorful and chaotic behavior after devouring a special sort of fruit which piqued the shepherd’s interest to investigate the explanation. His curiosity eventually led to the discovery and beginning of the long history of coffee.
Experts claim that coffee dates back to sometime in the ninth century, or close to 1,000 years. This long history of Ethiopian coffee is not merely a distant past or just a popular plant among Ethiopians, it is woven into the nation’s culture and economy. While the Kaldi myth may be exaggerated, proclaiming Ethiopia the birthplace of coffee is not. Coffee originated in a small region of Africa and spread to become the global phenomenon it is today through trade between early travelers.
